Yoga practise and breathing can help you through different stages of labour. Massage and reflexology can reduce the pain.

Prepare yourself and your partner. Be ready for the most emotional moment in your life. Come to the two-hours Prepare for Birth Workshop that will give you all you need just for that.

Women and their partners at birth (male and/or female birth partners, mothers, sisters, friends and doulas) are welcome at any stage in their pregnancy. Refreshments will be available throughout the workshop.
