Why office yoga?
If you want a happier, more relaxed and above all more productive work environment, then office yoga is what you need.
I can speak from my own experience when I was a journalist. My happiest and most productive days at work were when we had yoga classes. The back pain from sitting long hours was simply gone. My mind was clearer and I was much more productive than before. Even after work, I still had enough energy to really enjoy the rest of the day. Work and yoga really do go well together.
