I wish I could say I started teaching yoga classes very young while travelling through India and spending years in caves and mountains with my yoga Guru. In short, I didn’t. However, I can say that even when I was a wee lass my two favourite things were helping everyone and travelling. In the long run, my travels brought me to Edinburgh. The things that I can help you with as a Yoga teacher, Massage Therapist and Energy Healer (among others) are:

Mind Body Balance Yoga

A yoga class inspired with Forrest Yoga and Yin Yoga, designed to build up strength while practising kindness toward yourself. Uses essential oils and self-massage techniques to  boost immune system and rejuvenate body and mind. For all levels.

Birth Preparation Yoga

A yoga class that focuses on all the changes you might experience during pregnancy. Uses Yoga postures and Burrell Education Pregnancy Exercises you get the best possible care throughout pregnancy AND after. Breathe. Get strength. Relax.

50+ Yoga

Wonderful mix of Yin Yoga to bring back and maintain flexibility in the joints, more dynamic yoga poses to improve quality of muscle tone and to correct bad posture all rapt up in a nurturing Flow to increase your energy.

Gentle Flow Yoga

A class designed for beginners through intermediate students. Use of yoga toys is encouraged to help the body to fully achieve each pose. You will be guided through poses in safe way and given the opportunity to take your practice to the next level with each and every class.

 Beginners Yoga

Good yoga practice begins with sturdy foundation. Each week this class studies a set of poses, connecting the poses with breath and mindful movement. Learn proper alignment, how to use breath to help you with poses and how to find release in them.

Office Yoga

Strengthen your body’s core muscles, calm the nervous system. Body and mind refreshed. Office Yoga sessions are tailored for each individual, both beginners and experts welcome, at the time that suits you. Morning, lunchtime, anytime.
