I wish I could say I started teaching yoga classes very young while travelling through India and spending years in caves and mountains with my yoga Guru. In short, I didn’t. However, I can say that even when I was a wee lass my two favourite things were helping everyone and travelling. In the long run, my travels brought me to Edinburgh and the teachings of Forrest Yoga. The things that I can help you with as a Yoga teacher, Massage Therapist and Energy Healer (among others) are:
- Uterine, Bladder, Bowel Prolapse
- Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
- Pelvic Girdle Pain
- Back and Shoulder Pain
- SI Joint Pain
- Birth Preparation
- After Birth Recovery
- Eating Disorders
You can choose to join me in group practice in one of my yoga classes in Edinburgh (see Timetable for more information). In addition, I teach private (one-to-one or small group) yoga classes and I can also can come to your working place.
