I wish I could say I started teaching yoga classes very young while travelling through India and spending years in caves and mountains with my yoga Guru. In short, I didn’t. However, I can say that even when I was a wee lass my two favourite things were helping everyone and travelling. In the long run, my travels brought me to Edinburgh. A class designed for beginners through intermediate students. Use of yoga toys is encouraged to help the body to fully achieve each pose. You will be guided through poses in safe way and given the opportunity to take your practice to the next level with each and every class.
Good yoga practice begins with sturdy foundation. Each week this class studies a set of poses, connecting the poses with breath and mindful movement. Learn proper alignment, how to use breath to help you with poses and how to find release in them.
